Nowadays anyone can take photos and there really are a lot of photos being taken, especially in an age when every cell phone has a camera.

Most photos are heartless, emotionless, storyless and meaningless and then spend their lives either in a database or shared on social media - in a world of quadrillions of images and disappear into nothingness.
